Titanium Dioxide (TiO₂) Substitute – [...] (2020)
Undertaken for a large, world-leading consumer goods company, this project sought collaborations with startups developing materials that can be used in the replacement of TiO2 (Titanium Dioxide), which is used as a whitening and opacifying agent in many consumer goods products. Solutions considered included various nanotechnologies and new materials.
The project required a global outlook, and the utilization of resources that reflected this, with solutions at all stages of development considered. A secondary focus of this project was identification and matching of potential incubation and acceleration partners with the client. This was undertaken with the intention of developing relationships that might provide the client a pipeline of relevant ventures in the given field, for potential future collaboration or acquisition.
